Default Which products do you use?

    To see the range of products being used by the member base, I would appreciate product lists, names etc of stuff you regularly use, such as;

    Soap
    Wax
    Polish/glaze
    tyre treatments
    interior shine treatments
    trim treatment

it would be helpful if you could state the year and collour of the paint and in your opinion, grade the condition (collour fade, chips, rust etc) of the bare paintwork 1-10 (ten high).

I wash my car at coin-operated car wash.
I rarely use soap. (only when I want to strip off old wax)
My car is black, original paint, in good condition.

    I'm using Zymol wax.
In summer I wax it twice a month.
I always strip off old wax every 3 months.

Meguiar's Gold Class Rich Leather Foam Cleaner/Conditioner
    for interior, trim and seats.

    Armor All® Extreme Tire Shine

    Soap: Meguair's NXT wash
    Wax: NXT wax
Polish/glaze: Meguiar's #80 Speed Glaze (light abrasive polish)
tyre treatments: Meguiar's High Gloss Endurance
interior shine treatments: Black Magic dashboard cleaner/protectant (low gloss)
trim treatment: Mother's Black to Black

I also use Meguiar's Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner twice a year to prep the paint for a proper polish and wax.

All of the paint care is applied with a Porter Cable random-orbital polisher.

Car was repainted last year (August 2004) with Mazda Velocity Red, the fine metallic paint you see on RX-8s. It's overall in excellent condition, but there are questionable areas because of the Maaco paint job a prior owner put on it.
Men call cars "she" because it gives them at least one female they can claim to understand

    Soap -- Meguiar's NXT Soap
    Wax -- S100
    Polish/glaze -- Meguiar's #2 Polish
tyre treatments -- Armor-All Tire Shine
interior shine treatments -- Armor-All Low Gloss
    trim treatment -- Mother's Back-to-Black

91; black; the paint is chipped in a lot of places, but it sinces very well. From a distance, it looks 10/10.
