Default mercury capri mitsu engine swap?

a friend of a friend of a friend is selling a 1993 mercury capri and said it had a mitsu engine swap. someone else wrote down the info of the car for me and neglected the type of mitsu engine it is. anyone hear of any types of capri engine swaps?

Never even heard of ford using a mitsu engine or accepting one.

If its swapped they prolly have the 4G63T.

This thread is gayer than Richard Simmons singing a duet with Elton John in a bath house.

This sounds fishy...I don't think there has ever been a joint project between Mazda and Mitsubishi. I would want to see the car in person.

that guy is dumber than dirt. the capri used mazda's B6 N/A engine. and the B6T Turbo. they have nothing to do with mitsu. that engine is found in miata/capri/escort/323. very robust in both forms. excellent swap into a festiva
