Join us for the largest Canadian Celica meet of the year!
Summer is quickly approaching, which means only one thing: Run of the Ogopogo is coming! Yes, Ogopogo 2011 will be held in Vernon, BC, from August 5-7.
Vernon is located in Interior British Columbia, at an ideal midpoint between Vancouver, Seattle, and Calgary (about 5-7 hours drive time), which helps bring together many Celica owners from across Canada and the United States. Of course, many members come from even further to take part! The 2011 edition will feature many of the favourite events, such as a cruise through the beautiful countryside, a Saturday evening barbeque, scenic photo shoots, as well as some fun activities to keep things interesting! Of course, we'll be throwing some new stuff in there too.
For those that do not know, "Ogopogo", meaning "Lake Demon", is the name given to a lake monster said to live in Okanagan Lake, in British Columbia. The cruise and events take place around the Lake and surrounding area.
