Hey guys, I am totally new to the Celica family after being an admirer since 2001. I finally got my dream car, I've wanted one for the past 10 yrs, and finally decided to get one. The best thing is I now own a great Celica previously owned by one of the guys on here. I look forward to learning, and going to meets, and hitting track days.

I assume you bought a 7th gen?

Yes I did. And boy is it fun!

I would tend to agree with that. Who'd you buy yours from?

Celicas are girl cars. Everyone knows that V6 Mustangs is where it is at.

Welcome aboard.

I got the car from my well respected friend, ben, or donteatbugs. So I think some people on here know he built an amazing machine. I just hope to keep it up as well as he did. And of course do it justice on the track!

Bugs is gay. He always giggles when I kiss him.

I've actually driven that car! Easily one of the funnest FWD cars I've ever driven. Just try not to misshift it and it should be a good car for you haha

V6 Mustangs are for girlie men, try a V8 Hemi 300c for power and comfort (and recently found out pretty good at drifting despite the AWD).

That car has been around the block here. I think I pooped in the passenger seat when Bugs or PapaBear took me down the dragon in it.

Watch out for the mis-shift. Enjoy! You showing up at the Dragon with her right?

Welcome aboard Mitch, I hope to have the cars issues sorted. I hope its as good to you as it was to me.

Yeah I'm gonna take it to my first time at the Dragon. I'm pretty excited, I think I'll keep it for a while. Guess I can get some good lessons from you guys in April.

Don't listen to Murg. He'll teach you to dorifto off the cliff.

The Dragon I have mastered.

It is those pesky parkinglots that get me.

And oddly enough, it is the same 3rd Gen that tried to dorifto off the cliff, without my assistance, he was just trying to keep up.

Mitch! glad you got the girl car. This is andy. You met ben at my house.

I'm glad I got the girl car too, but if I had gotten a v6 mustang I probably would have had to twin turbo it...
