Brief: dropped something under the carpet while I was doing a short throw install. Peeled back the carpet and found a giant wet spot. It's been raining, but not heavily, windows and sunroof are closed and there no sign if water on the roof. I haven't driven on the rain either.

Are you certain it isn't coolant?

No. In fact, that's what i'm thinking it is. Thinking about it I put about a quart in last weekend and I'm about a quarter down. I didn't think about the heater core being in the center of the dash, and thus leaking into the driver floor pans.

My 1st gen heater core is leaking. Super weak.
