So my all trac has been sitting for about 3 years now, I took the engine out and rebuilt it, nothing serious just kept putting the project on the back burner. But now I have everything back together and almost ready to start driving it again, except I can't find a passenger side front sub axle assembly/shaft. They part that slides into the differential/trans axle that the cv axle bolts onto. And its not available through Toyota anymore, can't find it in any aftermarket parts place. Anyone have one laying around? or know where I can locate one? I do not need the axle, I need the part the axle bolts onto.

try posting in the wanted section of alltrac.net
there are many more 165 owners there and some are parts hoarders willing to share with other 165 owners.

*EDIT*
the same part is used on ST165, ST185 and SV25 (Camry) Alltracs which gives you more possible sources.

Can you get me the part number? And what do they call it? Because I was there and they told me they do not offer that part

They have them, I bought one for my car there a while back. Rock Auto also has them. Just ask for the front passenger CV axle.

Look in the BGB and verify the name of the part you are after. Otherwise you just end up guessing. Or, post a photo of what you are talking about.

Pretty sure he's talking about the inner axle.
