Can anyone with a 5th gen/6th gen with a fwd manual transmission(s53/54) take a pic, or 2 of the front top side of the trans installed? Trying to figure out where and what plug/ ground shoud go.... its been too long and the generic bgb pics arent as helpful as I thought.

Thanks!

The ground bolts to a hole that lies just under the water neck. The plug to the front of that is your reverse light switch. To the back towards the block is the speed sensor.

I'll take pics tomorrow when the sun is up.

I can also take pics. That'll be a good way to make sure my 5s is still there.

Yup, one bolts to the slave and one bolts to the right on the lower part of the housing under the starter. That looks like the one under the starter. Here ya go.

Charge battery, rebuild starter (stud stripped out last night, so I gotta pull it again to rebuild it),Install axles, figure out where the rest of these bolts go, install crossmembers. Fluids, bleed clutch.

Still pissy I couldn't get that soft line changed but what ever im over it.....kind of

Cool, not too much then. Let me know if you need pics or anything. Also, bleeding the clutch is a bitch with empty lines, might want to invest in a pressure bleeder.

Any one happen to have a pic of a motor mount bolt? The bolts that attach the front and rear mountsto cross member.

I have 4 bolts that are identical but they dont want to thread in(rust build up is my guess) . Gonna see what thread pitch they are are run a die over emand a tap through the holes

I don't have pics but if I remember correctly they are M12-1.25 like a lot of the other larger bolts. That's the most common size for heavier duty bolts on the Celica.
