How much play, if any, should your driveshaft have when you grab it and rotate it? What about when you grab your rotor and turn it?
If your not supposed to have any what would be worn out to make it wiggle?
I'm able to rock both about 10-15* degrees

Just a little feedback on this - you should have zero play in your half-shafts (including CV joints). But you will be able to turn your wheels freely a bit - that play is in the transfer case. If you really do have any play in your half-shafts, that is a problem. But if your half-shafts turn right with your wheels and the play is within your transfer case, depending upon how much you have, you will have some involving your transfer case.
