So... in my boredom I have decided we need to keep a list of wheel tire sizes that fit all of our cars. Please only contribute if you have actually installed the combo on your car, no theoretical posts please. Also, if possible, please post pictures of front/rear profile of the car, and side profile of the car. If you have any reason for tire sizing, please post it as well. If you're curious about picking size tires for your wheels play around with the 1010tires.com Tire calculator (http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Tire-Size-Calculator) it will take a lot of the guess work out of speedometer changes, physical size differences of tires. Keep in mind that some tires just run wide, like Dunlop Dirreza Z1 StarSpecs (215 is as wide as other manufacturers 225).

List the following:
Your car year, trim
Related modifications (springs, rolled fenders, spacers)
The wheel manufacturer diameter, width, offset
Tire brand, model, size
Any fitment issues/Reason for tire size

Example:
1991 Toyota Celica GT Coupe
Toyota TRD 6th Gen lowering springs + Koni Yellow struts
7th gen GTS 16" wheels
Continental ExtremeContact DWS 195/50R16
195/50R16 gives +0.86% diameter increase for near perfect speedometer readings on GT

Chris, that is for the RP03, right?

Also... what's with the lack of following the example?

Confirmed the RPF1's are +45 and do not fit in the rear with stock suspension.

Well, fully updated the thread (I think). Also, Chris, I know you got lots of 6th gen fitment information.

I have all the offset info for both flush and stanced wheels on the 6g, but it's more like a guide than what you are requesting as formatting.

Abby was setup as follows:

1996 GT Hatch

Megan coilovers

Eibach camber bolts (camber -1 in front, -3.5 rear)

OEM Mitsubishi Lancer wheels 18x7 +46
(25mm spacer adapters brought the overall offset down to +21)
Essentially 18x7 +21

Federal SS595 215/40/18

Full roll all around (focus on the front of the wheel arches in the rear)

215/40/18 was a big tire, it threw the speedo off by about 6-8%

I drive mostly highway, so I didn't really bother me.

15x6.5 7th gen celica rims
kyb struts with eibach sportline spirngs. (1.5 inch drop)
tires are 205/55/15 yokohama s drives

i would recomend some kind of spacer in the rear, the wheels look sunken it

The 25mm/1 inch spacers work good on the back, especially on the wide body cars. It puts the wheels close to flush.

What is the offset of the wheel? Does the spacer cover the factory lugs or does it need extended lugs?

What is the meaning of lug?

Anyway, the ET is written in the inner side of the rim, when we'll change the tires (maybe next week) i'll let you know the offset :)

The lugs (aka wheel studs) are the 5 threaded bolts that hold the wheel tight against the hub.

Thank you :)

Amyway, honestly i don't know.

I bought the car that already had the 17'' rims with rear spacers.

When we'll change the tires, i'll measure the lugs lenght :)
