So I cracked my cylinder head I was gonna use for my rebuild when my co worker hit my crash cart/ table with a forklift -.-
Anyways I have a core motor from a 98 with a spun bearing in it but the head is in good shape

My question is will a 98+ head mate to a 93 block and will a disturbator bolt up to it since the cam shaft dose have the slice in it but its plugged on the end

AFAIK, it will work.
Just use the old distributor and you'll be fine.

I agree - it should work fine. As stated by Flux, just pop out the plastic distributor hole plugs to reuse your current ignition system. You may have a cam position sensor at the timing belt end of the 98+ engine, so just don't use that sensor and reuse your 93 timing belt covers. You should be good. Of course, still go through that 98+ head (pressure checks, lap valves, replace valve stem seals, check for flatness and machine to flatness specs, replace camshaft oil seal, etc.).
