Need to figure out a clutch. What I'm looking for? Something that has the daily driver feel in the clutch but has the aggressiveness of a race clutch.

I have the TC4-HDR6 Advanced Clutch kit in my car right now (heavy duty pressure plate, 6puck unsprung clutch disc). I like it, but I'm afraid slipping the clutch may of lead to premature failure (either that or I should of stuck with an OEM throw out bearing and not used the one that came with the kit). I did enjoy the clutch. Knowing I could do a 5k launch without popping a spring was great. Also it gave me great peace of mind (HP/torque rating) in case I upped the boost.

WWCTD?

Competition Clutch has always done me right.

Thanks. I'm just getting worst case ideas now (but I have a feeling my disc has adhered to the pressure plate and/or flywheel) while I'm ripping it apart. I should be in there by this weekend. I may just get a street series disc from CC or ACT and call it a day.

I used to buy my clutches from them, but the recent price hike is crazy. The same clutch I bought a few years ago for my Alltrac for $425 is now $750. That's getting close to twin disc territory.
