Other than backing out of my shop after painting it a couple of months ago this is the first time I've driven it since the new paint.

I tore into the engine harness to troubleshoot a gremlin that has plagued me for a couple of years. AFR's kept going lean and everything I did to resolve it was only a temporary fix before it resurfaced. I finally found a bad connection with the main ground wire. The connector were ground wire branches off to the TPS and AFM had become hard and brittle. I fixed it and went over the whole harness. I also had the injectors cleaned, installed a Supra fuel pump, and a new FPR. I also installed my rebuilt CT26 and a downpipe. The car has never run better. Other than upgrading the turbo in the future I am finished. I can do no more.

Gave it a bath and went cruising.

You need a short shifter.

The paint looks great.

Almost makes me wish I had a shiny car.

I'd rather have my custom made short throw shifter that I can reach.

Looks good Bruce! Are those the optional 15" 7th gen GT wheels?

I bought them from a guy that had them on his 7th Gen GT. He said they were on the car when he bought it used at 19,000 miles. When I bought them I sent Rob a picture of my new GT wheels. He says those are GTS wheels, they're 16's, and you need new tires dumbass. I went home and confirmed they were 15's. Rob says they are not OEM wheels because they are 15 inch and not 16 inch. Only GTS wheels were 5 spoke and were 16in. I really don't know but I can say that are the exact hub size and not over sized like an aftermarket wheel would be. I wasn't aware there was an option. I like them though.

LOL, yeah, weird, def doesn't show any 15 inch single spoke options OEM here in the US. At least not according to the system I use at work.

*** Edit ***

Also, paint looks nice.

Although the turbo emblem reveals her dirty little secret. I would have kept that a surprise.

The hood or FMIC didn't lead you on?
