Wish it were just condensation, but no-- it's 1/2 full of water!!
My Q is--
Can I drill a drain hole to empty it then cover the hole with silicone?
Bumper cover is NOT going to be pulled!! I don't have time for it to be layed up waiting for parts!! I have the luck that things don't go as planned, no matter how simple!! Shiznitz break // strip just thinking about it!! LOL!! True statement!!
Factory headlight USDM, not a HID // Projector.
Thanks for any tips!!

Figure out how it got full of water first off and see if you can remove the water the same way and then reseal it

And you might not need to take the bumper cover off to remove the light and drain it from the bulb area

If you're gonna drill a hole, you may as well leave it so any future water can drip out as well.

Thanks for the tips!
The plan so far-- piece of water hose & shop vac, vac it out.
Silicone the top portion of the lens & anywhere I can reach.
Install a new bulb.
Hope no rain for awhile!! LOL!
