Dunno what to make the title so......

Anybody know what size hoses I need for the stock intercooler?
I still have mine connected but they were a little small so they were force fitted and I dont want to disconnect it yet cuz well I have to drain it and such ;)

Its the two hard pipes coming off the W2A.
Short story, I have the stock W2A and an aftermarket rad and improperly sized soft lines.

Ok think I figured it out.

7/8" if im not mistaken?

Now wtf todo.... my H/E has a 1/2 NPT to 3/4" barb.
Currently I have 3/4" hose shoved into the 7/8" at the intercooler and it doesn't look pretty since its a super tight fit.

I'd just leave it as is. Only other option is to run an inline adapter, and that would look worse imho...

Yeah its just ugly and not all the way in... its in but it could still go more further in cause u can see the unpainted hard line. I'd love todo silicone but thats expensive and Im not sure what length I need.. I think 12+ft to be safe.

You could always get the right parts and do it like this. :)
IIRC it's a little smaller than 7/8", that elbow is 3/4"

Whatever sizes they are, they are definitely metric not imperial.

I like.. but Im still not sure how that solves my problem of my HE being 3/4 and the intercooler being bigger like 7/8 (or 22mm?)

You could get some plumbing adaptors.

The right parts. IE the OEM hoses.
My heat exchanger is also 3/4".
They're a little less than 7/8" so the 3/4" elbows in the pic fit the hoses good.
