I have a 1994 ST i just purchsed and its on stands right now. I am looking for some temp tires to throw on until I can get a set of rims. Does anyone know if 195/65/15 will fit or what the maximum 15 and 16 inch tire height will fit?

That'll show the correct tire for the car. As to maximum height, I honestly don't know.

Shows stock wheel is a 14" wheel

The standard tire size for the 15" is 195/60r15 I'd say the 65 series should fit ok.

I think the stndard size is 205/55/15. Someone was offering to sell me the 195 65 15...but I'm just looking for something for it to sit on while I work on it.

I think that'll fit fine.

well you were right the tire size fits. Too bad the rims were 114 spacing.

Tire sizes always seem to come up. There are a few other threads on here you can search.

Here are a couple to get you started for future reference.
