Hello there guys. I am in a very tight financial situation. I am in need of new pistons. My motor melted #3 piston. An CP/ross and all those other forged pistons are way to much for me right now. I found http://www.ebay.com/itm/90-95-Toyota-Celica-MR2-Turbo-2-0-3SGTE-Piston-Ring-Set-/260790119225?_trksid=p5197.m7&_trkparms=algo%3DLVI%26itu%3DUCI%26otn%3D5%26po%3D LVI%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D6083852064417620152 in ebay and i just want a stock build gonna leave it at stock for a while. Will these be okay? I am trying to find used 3sgte stock pistons but know one is selling :(

Try rock auto.

I had my block rebuilt for 400 and that was the real deal.

1st you need to figure out why your motor is lean

Did you put up a wanted ad? sure to be some lying on someones shelf somewhere.
I threw out a set recently after gathering dust for 2yrs

I could of sworn that I posted WTB but i guess ill try again. Reason why i was leaning out was because i guess my car was boosting 2 high. I was told 12-14psi on our cars are ok. I have also talked to people about that and they said that they been running like 15-16psi and they are good stock. So I was a little lost. Just talked to another friend and he said that my spark plugs might have been gaped wrong and I also need, I think a 7 in cold plugs not a 6
