Had a Dyno Day with some guys from MR2OC in Saint Louis area today, and they had an AWD DynoJet so I thought I'd share a video and the graph. Not too bad for a relatively stock setup with a CT-20B at 1bar of boost.

The Below image is hard to read I know, bust I could do with my camera phone. 242 AWHP and 237 ft/lbs of torque

Thanks for the replies everyone. Question though, When we tried turning the boost up past 1 bar she actually did worse than at 1bar. They said she didn't boost as high. What could be the cause/solution for that? Was I likely loosing pressure on a fitting not able to handle more than 1 bar of pressure? Fuel was still very rich at 1 bar, so I don't think it has to do with that? Could it be timing? Would advancing the timing give me a bit more since I run so rich? I'm just curious....

Are you saying that it won't make more than 1bar of boost, or are you saying that it doesn't make power when you go over 1 bar of boost? Was there any tuning/monitoring involved, or just turning the boost controller up?

There wasn't any tuning, just power pulls and the guy looking at the dynojet display for RPM's AFR's etc. But after seeing the AFR's at my defaults we decided we could turn the boost up a bit more. However, anything past 1bar of boost on the EBC and he said the pressure actually was LOWER on my gauge. At 1bar I crept up to 15psi. At 1.1bar I only hit 13psi....

That sounds like an issue with the EBC or wastegate to me.

You might have a leak of some kind there, looks like you hit some restriction hard at 5800. You have a fantastic torque curve up to that point though.

do you run with a CAT or cat-less with a downpipe? Nice ride btw!

Totally cat-less 3" back. I only use regular ole worm gear clamps though on my IC piping, I was wondering if maybe one of those wasn't holding the pressure, but enough to not pop off. (Thanks for the compliment Chris) I'm not really looking to get more out of her or anything. She puts me back when I drop the hammer. Just a couple of curiosities.

What kind of BOV/ BPV are you running? If its a push type, then I bet you are leaking... If you arent running one (which you shouldnt be anyways cuz bov's suck), then I would look at your wastegate.

why the hell would a bov suck ? because you dont like it ? do you know what a bov does beside's making noise ?

It's a HKS SSQV (4th gen) Pull Type. I am using regular old gear clamps, not t-bolt. So I wouldn't be surprised if I am loosing pressure somewhere at higher boost. I figured if I was going to lose pressure though that it would be something big, like blowing a pipe off.

I think he says that blow-off valves suck because they kill your boost when you shift. Running a BPV or nothing at all lets you maintain boost between gears. My sister owns a Mercury Capri and I can only keep maybe 30% boost from gear to gear if I power shift it, and it sure as hell doesn't like to be power shifted.

I talked to l0ch0w extensively about the BOV/BPV issue and have decided I will go with a BPV when I finally go turbo in my Camry All-Trac.

Yours is lookin' good, truman! Keep it shiny.
