Hey guys, I've always wanted to get a thread together of some recommended scenic drives and organize them by state. Since I was young, I have always enjoyed the classic American weekend cruise. Nothing brings me more joy to hop in my car, and disappear for a few hours with just the sound of wind, rubber and my engine pulling me through an enjoyable drive.

It would be great to have routes made in Google Maps along with a review of certain drives that you have driven. This way we can all share the places we personally enjoy and wish to share with everyone else on here.

Perhaps after you have driven a route someone else has posted, you can offer your own review and take on the experience.

Let's see some awesome routes!

OHIO

Location: Woodsfield - Marietta
Distance: 48 miles
Estimated Time: 2.5 hours
Nearest Interstate: I-77

Located in the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio is a quiet 2-lane road that winds through the rugged low-lands of the Allegheny plateau. The surrounding is the Wayne National Forest which makes for an ideal drive during the late September, early October leaf-change.
