Replaced head gasket in my st204 and radiator and the status light for the alarm started blinking real fast. Now I have no power to my ecu, starter, and dizzy. I checked all the fuses and relays and they are all good. Even put in my extra ecu. I checked all the grounds and they are good as well. Then I rewired the ignition to bypass the alarm and still no change. Is there some sort of power kill connected to the alarm that I missed? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Take the alarm out and see if it fixes the problem. Sounds like it to me. If grounds, wires and fuses are good, and you have current at the battery poles, then that is the only other possible explanation.

There may be an immobilizer as well as the alarm, and this will prevent starting.

i don't think USDM Celicas came with an immobilizer. double check all your connections.
