The standard bore piston is 13103-16220. I'll check with our supplier to see if they are available to us at this time, and what our cost is.

There is no "bearing set" unless you are machining the crank for undersized bearings. Otherwise, you'll need to tear the engine down and follow the instructions in the BGB to determine exactly which size you need on each bearing, and they are all sold individually.

Standard main bearings are 11701-16010-0# with the # replaced by the size indicator.
Standard rod bearings are 13041-16071-0# with the # replaced by the size indicator.
Thrust bearings are 11011-15010.

Larry just order the largest bearings, 90% of the time they'll be within spec (unless of course you have to turn down the crankshaft). Usually Mk 5 or Mk3 (whichever is highest for that specific bearing).

The tolerances are VERY tight. in the .0002" range so I'm not taking any chances. I need mark 2 and 1 mains and rods BTW.

What I mean is of the 3 sizes of bearings that were used from the factory the size difference is within a few ten thousandths. I think details like this is why Japanese engines are superior to American made ones. I'm sure I could get away with mk3 bearings all the way around but why?

Aaron I definatley need oversize pistons as I have pitted cyl walls.I apologize for missing this. We should be able to get OS pistons and rings from our JDM supplier. Part number for the piston (sold individually) is 13103-16220, and the piston ring set (one per engine) is 13013-16350. Last time we checked, pricing was about $64 each for the pistons and $138 for the ring set. We'll check into current pricing and availability and report back when we get the answer.

Don't worry about it just ordered my pistons from Orion Engineered Moterworks for $240 shipped. I will need rings though and have been told ae92 .5 OS rings will work. I'll be ordering bearings soon I'd like to get the rings at the same time.
thanks

The one thrust bearing PN will get me all my thrust bearings correct?
