View Full Version : Masani in an autoshow

So, I'm preparing my AT180 for an auto-show in November. Looking at my car from the point that I bought it to now, the difference is immense. And I'd love to make it look all the more different. I've even considered a bodykit, but I keep looking online, then looking at the car, then thinking "god, it would look horrible with most available kits." Well, the highlight of the car will be a whole-car vinyl wrap which has never been done privately on Maui.
Now here's an issue. I'm wanting to use images from the game Bloodrayne, and Vampires: the masquerade. Finding images large enough has been a pain, I mean something like 4000x4000 or larger. Where do I get images that big?
Anyway, What are the qualities of a 5th gen celica that makes them look so good? Wheel arches? window shape? I want to either build on these qualities, or try not to harm them as I improve elsewhere.

I like how you can fit massive wheels on most 5th gens, and the very modern styling.

the images can be inlarged by a screen printing shop and as far as the look of the celica i would say for me its the body lines and the head lights that bring all together

You'd have to lurk forums and imageboards where they have a Hi-Resolution section. Some people save pics of high resolution just for the hell of it and if you're lucky they'll post it.

Something like this: http://boards.4chan.org/hr/
Although, the site may be NSFW and chaotic if you're new to imageboards.

Ya, I put in a request in /r/ and /hr/, nothing.
And i can't exactly lurk 4chan while at work :/

Alright, I got in touch with Majesco. They've sent me super high-res images from the new bloodrayne game, and they can't wait to see the car when it's done. :)

1st one, bigger rims, and for crying out loud get black tint.. PLZ lol

07-24-2011, 10:02 PM
Lol, working on the rims. I've got some 215/45/R17's but one tire is warped and it's 155$ to replace it.
..and everyone has black tint. The tint color will depend on the primary color of the car once the design is complete.

Colors just DON't work IMO. I'm sure with some tinted windows, rims it may, but as those chops go :vomit:

:flamesuit on:

Ok, well tint and rims aside. Which is better?

First one with darker tint, gloss black wheels and more black in the paint.

sit down son, we have to talk. I see you've never seen a vagina before, or the shape the pubic region takes on a fit figure, both male and female. Just so you know, your mother and I love you no matter what.

My vote goes with the first one

Cool, I'll be revamping the first one to have more black. More of a 60/40 between red and black, and there will be more of Rayne on it.
