This car has less the 100k on it. I'm thinking that most of what I am going to need body wise (rockers and maybe inner quarters) would fit my 90 GT and I think the rev2 5S with manual trans would make a sweet swap into the vert.

I'm thinking this would be a great way to get an engine swap under my belt since in my mind a complete 3S to 5S swap would be fairly strait forward without a lot of extra fab and electrical work.

Thoughts?

I think he'll take 300.

I'm pretty sure the the local PnP would pick it up for that. I am going to ask if the price is negotiable. Columbus has a pretty aggressive car market though, it's hard to find anything at all cheap around here.

Dude it's a wrecked car. If the local pnp will give him 300 offer 325. Cash is king.

I'd go with Larry's idea. The car is crashed pretty hard. He's asking too much.

One the local yards had offered the guy $400

The car took a hit but the guy had all the damaged parts off and there was still a lot left. It had 73k miles one it and the rest of the body was in great shape.
The interior and the top were also really nice.

Of yeah, and it's a 93 which means 4-wheel discs.

I bought it for $500

That thing looks hammered.

Congrats anyway and good luck with the restoration.

Well, my original intention was for this to be more of a parts car, not a restoration.

Restoring is a little tempting though, I already have a lot of the parts and it does have a clean title...

You got some better pics. I'm interested in seeing the level of damage.

I wouldnt touch that car with a 10 foot pole (for restoration anyway). Thats too hard of a hit to ever be perfect again. good parts car though.

I may have some parts you can use to fix it....if you decide to go that way. If not I still want to get in touch with you about it. Pm me.

You wouldn't happen to have an extra 93 Celica convertible owners manual supplement (not the converible repair manual supplement) from one of your convertibles, would you? If you do, I would be interested in it.
