Welcome aboard! I had a 5S-GTE stroker in my Alltrac and the extra low end sure was nice!

What's a stage 3 turbo?

thanks for the welcome. i got alot of pics but i will post afew.

heres a sneak peak of the motor before going in

pistons in the block. didnt put the crank in just yet.

radiator area. i have a 2.2 inch all aluminum radiator. a water to air intercooler and a front mount

instead of doing a A pillar pod i decided to do two individual pods on the dash.

racing seats.

custom gage cluster

gauge bezel i made before i wraped it in carbon fiber. i used a lazer that i have acess to to cut the bezel. it fits under the radio.

did a test run just to give an idea what they look like with power on

Everything looks awesome except for that exhaust manifold. Going to get boost creep with the wastegate flange on only one runner.

yeah i got it for cheap plus its the same design as the turbonetics 3s manifold. i had to rush to get it togeather next month im moving to japan so the celica will have to go in storage :( the plans orginaly were to have a diffrent manifold. go with 1mm oversized valves. some high lift cams and some other stuff but with the time restraints that im in. it had to wait. the only good thing is that i have 2 spare 2nd gen 3sgte heads that i plan on building up when i get back state side in approx 4 years. and swap to a LSD/built tranny

Yeah, I can understand that. My brother is getting stationed out in Japan in a couple weeks.

04-12-2011, 07:39 AM
What base? What branch of service. Because I might run into him. I'm getting stationed at kadena. While I'm there if I can find a 185 chassy that I can import over ima try to do that. If I can ima start striping the 184 and junk it lol.

04-14-2011, 12:37 AM
He's in the AF, going to Kadena also!

04-14-2011, 08:14 AM
lol awsome. do you know if hes going to the 353rd SOG. or what he works on?

04-14-2011, 05:05 PM
He said he is going to be doing Aviation Resource Management.

04-15-2011, 07:57 AM
Lol ok. I don't know what that is. I'm a simple grease monkey that works on motors lol. All I do is turn wrenches.

been doing some interrior work. i didnt like my dash so i went to the junkyard this weekend to pull one. took me about 2 hours to pull and an aditional 3-4 hours to get this still in the ruff stages due to having to do alot of wiring but you get the idea..

wow that's a lot of gauges there sir!
