Does the GE starter use a plug style connector instead of the basic round metal with a bolt thru it? Having problems figuring out where the starter wires are on my GE harness.

Here is what I have on my GE harness and these are the only connectors I could think would be for the starter.

Also there is this, not starter related. I cant figure out where it even plugged in on my old FE harness, maybe it wasnt used? I figure fog lights maybe?

I'm pretty sure that white one goes to the AC fan on that side of the engine bay (at least mine did).

That square plug in your hand is the 'trigger' for the starter. There's 2 connections to the starter. One runs off the B+ terminal directly to the starter (12 or 10mm nut holds it on). The other one (in your hand) comes from the ignition. That plugs into the starter (there's a square thing on the starter it plugs into).

I knew the square was the power for the solinoid, and you say the starter power wire comes straight from B+? I figured that.... but I dont have a wire that would fill that roll.... unless I ditched it knowing I was gonna upgrade it then forgot I took it off.
Damnit, I should took notes before I ripped it out!

So the two white, round connectors actually mate otgether and make sweet lovin. Coo.

Correction, it comes from the super secrete push button starter switch to fool theifs.... like anyone would steal it anyways...

I'll snap a pic when I get a chance.

All you need to do is run a decent size (4gauge) wire from the B+ terminal to the starter terminal and you're set.

So the two whites DO NOT go together. The male is too big for the female.... hehe

Cool. Its just hard imagining where the motor sat in the bay since its been out so long.

You were right, the white conector in the first pic is for radiator fan. Still donno about the second pic tho.
