This is all GT knowledge, so if anyone catches an All-Trac difference I don't know feel free to call me on it.

2-5 look like the A/C plugs. Shouldn't have to worry about them immediately, just tape them off.

6 should be the plug for the cruise control actuator.

7 looks like the cooling fan.

9 is where your coolant overflow tank goes. Nothing is missing.

10 is your speedo cable.

11 goes to the charcoal canister, which seems to be missing.

12 should go to the canister as well.

I don't think this is going to be a one day job man, that thing's torn up.

Thank you a lot Crisco. I know it man, but I can only hope. I appreciate the input, so with the lines to the charcoal cannister missing, I can just block them off/remove them right?

For now you should cap the small line at the source, but you can leave the large line open. Basically what it does is vent vapors from the gas tank. The charcoal absorbs them so they don't vent to the atmosphere. So you'll have an open vent, but it shouldn't affect the car badly.

2-5... looks like the O2 wiring.. am I looking at that wrong? That whole bundle of wires over the alternator there has a lot to do with the charging system and alt as well as the O2 and I'm not sure what else, you'll need those all repaired most likely.

8 and 12 can probably be joined, I can't quite make out which line 12 is, but 8 is the turbo pressure sensor which controls fuel cut and runs the stock dummy boost gauge in the dash. The car will run with it unhooked, but you will NOT hit fuel cut if you were to overboost.

13 just needs vacuum, I do see a loose end in that pic but can't tell from that if it goes to that nipple or if it's for the EGR valve. Normally I think there's a long vacuum line connected to that nipple that runs along the firewall and to the end of the intake manifold on the passenger side.

Crisco is def. right about the charcoal canister and speedo cable

That's all I'd really venture without going out and looking at my car.

Can't help much, JDM's don't have cruize control or EGR.
These reference pics I took may be usefull and also for those wanting to delete the EGR

Most plugs are self explanatory, they can only go in one place and if there's no plug, just leave them loose

Just post pics and we can look them up in the BGB
My O2 sensor has only one wire, pretty sure that's not right
