Does anyone know if you can run the throttlebody inlet with the stock water to air intercooler found on the cs?

The ATS kit is metal like the one on the MR2, correct? If so, I'd think you could but you'll have to have a silicone or rubber connector and the intercooler will probably sit at a slightly odd angle. When I got my 185, it had a chopped up MR2 adapter and the stock ATA intercooler. It worked, but the intercooler was sitting at a weird angle.

Nope. Your best bet is to just use the rubber coupler from an ST165 model. It is identical to the ST185CS coupler. This coupler has a wide opening matched to the outlet on the intercooler and will allow you to fit the IC perfectly.

you can't use the ATS inlet with ANY top mount intercooler.
