When I changed out my parking brake cable I used the haynes manual and it was very staight forward.

MR2 was straightforward without a manual. Id imagine its very similiar. There are 2 sets of cables. The one from the lever to the "splitter" and then the 2 cables that go to the brakes in the back. Usually when they snap its the 2nd set, not the main one. You will just need to climb under the car and see.

Alright, so I looked and I didn't get much help. My right cable is snapped and my left is well on its way out, and I don't have a chilton/haynes manual, so any hints? car is a 90 GTS
