Can anyone help please, i have just purchased a GT4 ST205 and am wanting to change the spark plugs.
Can anyone advise me if this is possible to do without removing the charge cooler or does it have to be removed.
If it is removed what then? is it just a case of refilling it?
Sorry for the ignorance, but am new to the whole turbo world and have only previously owned a ST165 GTI and a ST 185 GTR 4WS.

Cheers !

yes u have to remove the charge cooler, but i dont think u have to drain the coolant out of it. take a look at the online bgb thats posted on this site for more detailed info. great choice of car btw.

Pull the charge cooler, yes.

Sorry, it's the only way.

Good news is that the plugs should be good for 60K miles...

the way i did it was the charge cooler stays attached to the coolant hoses and disconect at the throttle body/turbo and the support mounts and just move over the ic. you should have plenty of room to change the plugs.
