We did some custom work on a local alltrac over the last couple weeks and I wanted to see if you guys would be interested in any of this stuff if we were to make them production items.

* Custom symetrical desing oil catch can & coolant overflow. Oil catch can is built with proper internals (baffled & insulated). The coolant overflow is built as a functional but "stealth" setup. The inlet is at the bottom/front and the outlet is underneath with a long tube welded inside all the way to the top. Kinda hard to explain but you can see it in the pics.

4" intake including the proper ports for the IAC, catchcan, temp sensor (if you want the ports):

Custom wastegate actuator bracket to allow the turbo to be clocked downward:

Custom molded upper radiator hose to delete the ridiculous stock one that has the metal eblow in there, along with a custom nipple to use as your water feed for your turbo (if you still need it).

Definitely interested in the turbo clocking bracket and maybe the rad hose. I have a CT20b, able to fit that bracket mount bolt pattern?

The bracket is on a ct20b Chris. Looks like a great idea!

I am interested in the oil catch can and the coolant overflow tank.

can you make a PS reservoir to match?

Yup, this one was a CT20b. We can make a bracket for the CT20b & CT26, that shouldn't be a problem.

Carolina91GT-S, yes, we can make any sort of reservoir. So are you wanting basically both catchcan & reservoir to be on the same side? Or something else?

That's my All-Trac this was all done on. I picked the car up today and can not stress how happy I have been with the transaction. This is probably not the thread for this and I will make a review thread. Just wanted to give some insight into the quality of work these guys are doing.
They did the custom resevoirs and the coolant overflow is beyond genius. All of the welds are professional quality.
They clocked my turbo, welded up my fmic piping, fabbed a new 4" straight intake, made some brackets for my fuseboxes, resistor packs, changed my timing belt, pullies, tensioner, both hoses from hell, cam seals, front main seal, water pump, tstat, etc. They even went a step further and polished up my starter and water outlet/thermostat housing, put a filter on my IAC with a nice little chrome filter shield, went through the bay and cleaned up some of my wiring and loose odds and ends, some of which I never even noticed.
.
I also had them install the 3rd Gen EFI setup (map, MAT/IAT, ECU, Ignitor, 540cc injectors, 3rd gen cams)- all of it came out flawlessly. In full disclosure when they got the car started with the new setup it was bogging and sounded like it was missing. Over the phone, I mentioned the fuel cut defense mod that was supposedly done by the PO. They immediately found the rigged up resistor, repaired the wiring, reset the timing and had the car running flawlessly in 10 minutes. I have no doubts or concerns about having any type of work done at their shop. Lastly, they provided me with photos of the progress and were excellent communicators. Oh yeah, all of this was done in about a week due to me constantly adding to the list, pcoating the valve cover, etc. Just an unreal turnaround time.
Thanks again Bak and Marc on the great work and superb customer service. Best of luck with the new shop!

Exactly, catch can and PS reservoir on the same side. it would be in about the location that the existing one is in

you guys all do realize that the "ct20b" doesnt exist right? its an unmarked ct26.... named ct26c2. but yea i am really liking the 4" intake it will go perfect with my turbo

Yes, everybody realizes the CT20B doesn't technically exist, but most everyone knows what you're talking about when you call it that. You call it CT26C2 and people are like "Huh?"

I have interest in these parts for a future swap that I have coming up; are these parts still available for production? If so what are the asking prices?
