Well the liftbacks have that bump style kiester, so im wondering does anyone know what it would look like with the bumper shaved off and the metal filled to make the back a flat plane? It looks good on paper, It sounds good in my head, but will it LOOK good is the key.

In this thread from AZBMW shows what im talking about. The guy who did it is my friend Justice. its about 2/3rds down the page, and it shows it being done to a black chevy pickup, but its basically the same process im talking about if you need an example.

alot of ppl just sink them by taking the springs out of the bumper struts.

I dont want to decrease its bump, I want to fully remove it. Make it look cleaner. And since I gotta do some body work on that rear quarter, why not shave the bumper while im there :P

alot of people do just remove them and fill the holes. on the corollas anyway. I know alot of s30 guys do that also.

But wouldnt that leave the recessed steel parts?? It would be better to make it flush, no?
