Other than I wasn't feeling that good, it was pretty fun autoxing the STI. Its definitely different to drive than the RSX. I was sucking pretty bad cause I kept trying to drive it like the RSX and it didn't work.

There was another STI out there and the guy knows how to drive, he gave me some pointers and things got a lot better after that.

Your car should say STFU and then 80. That would be lollerskates.

Yes, yes I do. Winter is coming up and I didn't have money for a good set of tires, and snow tires.

Bugs, his car grips pretty fucking hard even with the tires he has.

His car is WAY faster than he is at this point.

Step 1) drive faster
Step 2) make car faster
Step 3) drive faster

Hes still on step 1.

Bugs, I'm having a hell of a time getting the car to do what I want, grip isn't the issue. I keep trying to drive it like a FWD. I was starting to figure it out by the end of the day. I had a run where I ran the same times I was running before, only I came to a complete stop cause I got it too sideways. But after that I started feeling like I was gonna throw up and couldn't concentrate. Next autox I should actually get the car to do what I want it to.

Great pics and great car. Good luck with the autocross. Are you planning to take the car to a track/roadcourse sometime?

Good luck and kick arse!

I'm taking it to the Wide Open Wednesday next week, so it'll be on the big boy track :)

I also plan on doing the WinterCross event at Miller. Rain, snow, shine, you race the track as it sits. Should be a ton of fun!

R888 are the suck for autoX...

Get some REAL tires. Hoosier, Kumhos or Hankook DOT AutoX tires.

OR, go all the way and get some Hoosier or Goodyear full slicks. :)

I'm nowhere near modified enough to be competitive in BSP, and there is better local competition at STU.

the sti that had the r888 was tracked more than it was autoxed. hense the tire choice.
