I know about the various strut/shock options for the 4th gen.

My question, adjustable coilovers/ground control (such as the Megan's available for the 5th gen).

Has anybody attempted or successfully fabricated these 5th gen (or other gen ground control options) to the 4th gen chassis?

For example, here's the option I see for the 4th gen.

I'm trying to get some pictures from them of the actual coilovers to see how/whats needed to install them.

And looking here..

It looks like it's quite simple to use the st185 suspension on the st165. So in turn, I should be able to use it on my st162 chassis just following the same general idea.....

Makes sense to me. However, I know on the ST18X. The ST185 and the ST184 have different hub mounting holes for the rear suspension (front is the same).

In that case (without having st185/184/162 ones readily available to compare), should I opt for some st184 suspension upgrades and drill where necessary to make them fit?

Looks like the answer is straight up 'no'.

Still researching though...
