Exhaust, wheels and tires first, then shocks later down the road.

I was thinking of selling the MR2 and getting a MKIV Supra TT. I want to fix the oil leak when boosting issue before I sell it. I have a spare CT26 im thinking of sending off for a CT27 mod but I plan to do a compression test and leak down test first to isolate the problem.

the supra would be a cool car and easier to work on i'm sure. so do you think the turbo seals a bad?

The thing is it doesnt do it all the time, only when I've been abusing her. Boosting WOT through 1st, 2nd and 3rd usually doesnt cause it. But If I goto 4th and Boost up to say 160-170KM/H it will bog down and then spit oil out of the BOV. Then it seems oil is still in the hot pipe as it will continue to come out the BOV through probably two more pulls of only 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears, then it will go away. I dont think it happens again untill I boost in 4th again.

It's very hard to say, if it were the seals, shouldnt it leak all the time? maybe its a small leak and is puddling up, and when Im doing 4th gear pulls its actually enough to throw some oil up the hot pipe and when I let go of the gas pedal oil will spit out of the BOV.

I plan on finding out now that I have something else I can drive to work.

I'm jealous.... Great looking car!

Now, find a way to tap into the Water Injection and Anti-lag and you'll be good :)

I was thinking 17" of these...any opinions? Chris, would these fit? the 4 piston calipers seem they are a little hard to clear.

These will fit if you go with the correct offset. 17X8 +35

Nice rims!

Darn you people and your GT-Four WRCs, I want a GT-Four WRC! Nice ride, much respect. Those rims will look hot on your car.
