is this a good buy as in quality and cost? or buy them individual? or from dealer?

I will only buy parts my life depends on from the dealer. IMHO.

Yeah... that's pretty much my rule as well, unless it's an upgrade.

I modify that -- I'll buy parts my life depends upon from reputable, established companies. Eibach, KYB, yes. O.E., not so much.

I bought those last week from the same seller.

Really I was just in it for the rear end links since I can't get the old ones off my old stock struts :( and replacement outer tie rod ends :)

Unfortunately for me, getting dealer parts can be hard. Most of the time, that stuff is out of production.

Although, Advance can get in Moog stuff for my car, and they make nice stuff.

Only installed one rear end link, the other will go on one day maybe tomorrow.

Yeah I got it from that same eBay seller, its the same kit and same auction :)
