Hi guys!

I was attempting to take off the sway bar because I need to weld reinforcment on the channel that the bar attaches to, but I can't get these damn endlinks off or even back on for that matter!

I got the upper and lower link bolts loosned but they won't come off, or go back on anymore!

For my supra they use a Allen key of some sort to hold one end?

Does anyone know of something similar on the 5th gen celica?

Thanks!

On my 5th gen I think it was either a 5 mm or a 5.5 mm allen key that fit into the end of the sway bar link. When I changed out my rear struts I had to cut the sway bar links off because they were so rusted that the allen key stripped out.

Yep! They are totally stripped out! upper came off, but lower I'm gonna have to cut.

I wonder what these babies cost new to replace?

I paid around 50 for a set of adjustable miata sway bar links that worked great.

wow nice!! and 50 from advance, Thats pretty good!

I'm gonna dremel the nut off I think and then try to reform the allen key area so I can reinstall it, feeling very cheap this month
