That's fucked up dude, You should take a bat to her hood. Did they right it up as her fault or yours?

of course its mine, I hit her from behind. Gay

he rear ended her, his fault. be as pissed off at the rabbit as you want, but you were following too closely and will hopefully learn your lesson. it took a wreck that bad on my celi for me to learn my lesson, now my celi's well taken care of.

here in michigan (dont know about illinois) any rear-end is a automatic at fault. which is shit... like if someone pulls out in front of you and you hit thier rear end... your at fault. if they have Uber brakes or something, and you still had two car lengthes away from them when you brake and still hit them, it's your fault...

and it's not junked is it buddy?! that last pic looks like it's at a yard! your celi looks fixable to me...

I wasnt following close, I was like 3 car lengths

It is fixable, its at my dads friends body shop. Raditator broke, small part of frame bent, ect. Will prolly get totaled out then we buy it back cheap from insurance

Shitty man. Hope everything works out for you. Your pics are in the gallery now.

I know it is usually the rear persons fault, but I have seen the front car be at fault for locking up their breaks for so called animals (cop said animal wasnot really there). Was just curious. Did it crack the Z3's?

Good luck to you RD.. The animal thing is something I would look into. Maby there is a something that could over turn the judgment like wreckless endangerment or something.. Look into it!

im sorry to see and hear about this rubberduckie. Especially since you just got it back a little bit ago. But atleast now you can get a cf hood and some other goodies to replce the broken stuff. and atleast your alright.

Wow that really sucks man. I hope you get it fixed up well and it isn't too expensive.

That sucks, I'm sorry to hear about it. None of the stereo equipment was damaged was it? That would suck for such a huge investment to go down the drain.

thats sucks man i would be pissed if that was mine, but at least your ok

But you hit the car in front.

Ergo, it was too close.

You have to assume the car in front can and will do a full emergancy stop and *any* time, and gap accordingly.

Same arguement goes for people who go through intersections on red (entered on yellow) and say because it was raining they couldn't have stopped in time. There's a term for that: speed too fast for conditions.

I know this because I've done it -- and rear-ended someone. I was lucky, he was good about it and didn't come after me for leaving bolt-head marks (slight depressions, no paint damage even) in his rear bumper.

Besides, if she locked her brakes, she's sliding, which is going to take more road to stop than proper braking. That means she didn't stop dead.
