ebay, but you get what you pay for some times and sometimes you can get a good deal...shop carefully and read all the customer reviews is the best I can recommend.

I think that as long as you get a decent warranty you should be fine getting something on e-bay but like sodapop said. You get what you pay for.

My friend has some Xentec HID's on his accord. So far so good, its been about a year and he hasn't complained at all. Hes actually ordering another set for his fogs.

If I ever convert I'll most likely go with Xentec.

But still, if you get them from eBay check the feedback and return policies.
I wouldn't pay more than $70 shipped for them though.

I got the $40 Ebay specials too. The 35W ones. Work pretty good. Sometimes have to click it off and on once for one side to come on very rarely though. Seller was mydepots. Came pretty quick considering they came from China directly.

i also got mine on ebay about 2 years ago for about $60 shipped and i haven't had a problem with them. (knock on wood) lol
(ballast is black and has yellow words on it)

now they go for about $50..
just make sure to buy from USA sellers and some of them offer a year warranty on them,.
and also check sellers feedback..

I've heard pretty good things about the VVME HID's, pretty cheap too. You can order direct from them or their eBay store for a little added protection.

Just make sure to get ones with ballasts otherwise they will be dim and make sure they use the correct bulb.

Ummm....HID's don't work without a ballast.

If your getting a "HID" bulb off eBay and it doesn't come with a ballast, then it's just a colored ricer bulb. (UNless of course your actually buying a replacement HID lamp for a system you already have)

Yeah I got really cheap ones with just relays and fancy wiring to convert to h4 bulb. Simulated HID I think.
