Does anyone know how to clean the factory wheels? Mine are in rough shape. I was wondering if anyone has some tips on how to make them look new again?

My center caps have faded on one set of wheels. Anyone know what paint to use on these?

thanks

Autoparts stores sell paint specifically for wheels.
You can get an 11 oz can here for $6.
Get a can of clearcoat for it, aswell.

Spray degreaser on your wheel, scrub it, and then wipe or wash off. Let it dry, then paint. It's better to unmount your tires before doing this, but you can always tape them off.

A better trick than taping off is to use a deck of cards and slide them inbetween the rim and tire....saw that one a while ago somewheres

The tires are junk, I plan to remove them before any cleaning. I am thinking of taking them to a shop and have them polished. Or just clean, then paint again.

Weighing options.
