Is there a repair manual or service manual somewhere online for this I can't find?

..oh nevermind I think I got one... downloading at a slow speed :(

Haven't seen the car yet myself, but apparently it "overheated bad" and they took it to a mech and apparently they ran some tests and concluded it needed a new HG.

wtf is a chevy optra? And if it overheated really bad it likely warped the head, so that'll need to be gone through at a machine shop.

Daewoo Lacetti.

Google it.

That is the Chevy Optra.

Cool thanks.

I'll get to see it tommorow I guess.. its my friend's car and shes poor and I'm jobless so it works out.. I get to make her more poorer and she gets a cheaper than mechanic deal.

Initially her bf thought it was the t-stat, which did I too..

..but I'll test the t-stat once I get the car I guess..
apparently it looses water.. they dont know where..

Yeah the Optra is a stupid car.. I couldn't even find it listed at the Haynes site under Daewoo or any other names unless I missed it haha.

Oh I just noticed, LOL.. Is there a manual for the 2L engine? I keep ending up with what you've found, Murg.
