I'm looking for a intercooler to replace my water to air factory setup. I was wonidering if anyone has experience in this domain. I could be wrong but isn't ur WTA good for like 400+ hp or something like that. Don't know much about the gen 3's but I am pretty sure those things are good for a while.

Yea you shouldnt Need an FMIC unless your W2A burns up.

The factory WTA IC setup is much more efficient for the power level you are at or will be at without some major $$$. I would stay with it until you notice that your factory setup is no longer sufficient.

Yep I'd agree. The stock WTA IC is one of the best available. For the ST205 money is best spent elsewhere...maybe water injection if you want to go that route. :)

LOOKS like i keep getting error 54, it seems to only come on when the car is 5 minutes warmed up...... if the car is warm and i turn it off it usually goes away.

however, last night i was doing donuts in the parking lot with lots of snow and the car engine light came back on., again error 54

since it comes on and off i don<t assume its low fluid, however do you guys have any thoughts&

are the intercooler waterpumps notorious for breaking down or what?

Not notorious, no...but it is over 15 years old now... Check the water level first, then check that the pump is working. Hard to say. :-/
