hey guys, here are some pics of the header back exhaust i made for batman722 and hurley97's beams swap last weekend.

2.5" 304 stainless, mandrel bent, header back, with generic ebay resonator, and magnaflow 14" muffler.

first, the 2 into 1 merge collector from the stock header, with 2.5" pipe massaged to fit"

thanks guys.
im not a huge fan of the beams myself, although after seeing it, and some of the cool tech it has, its definetly one of the cooler motors of the time.
i just has fun building the exhaust for it.
no pipe bender here, joe, a mandrel bender for exhaust piping is ~30k or so. lmao.
i had dustin and steff buy the bends, the flex section and clamps ect, and i welded it all up.
yup, its all mig'd, with a small lincoln sp135T with tri mix gas and 308 .030 wire.
i've done a few bpipes and stuff, but this was my first full, over the axle attempt.
dustin and steff both seem quite happy with it, so i am as well.

Well considering its diy, it looks really good. My dad has one of those little lincoln welders so its nice to know they are capable of such things.

thanks rob.
yea, the vbands are the bomb.com. we happen to have one left over from steffs turbo project, so they decided to use it since they left 2 of the normal flanges at the hardware store when they went to get bolts for them..lol
