View Full Version : Vibration when turing right?

Been trying for a few weeks now to figure out this problem.

When making a right turn and accelerating i get a weird vibration from the front end, It only does it if im accelerating while making the turn, if i let off the gas and coast there is no vibration.

Already replace....

swaybar endlinks
Wheel bearings

The tierods appear to be fine so dont think there the problem,

could this possible be a motor or transmission mount issue?

CV joints would be my guess.

Driver side axle.

I just replaced this in my tercel becasue of the same problem. It was kinda hard to figure out because there was no clicking noise which often goes with a failing axle.

you could have a knot in a tire and when you turn the weight shifts on the knot
i dont know how often you rotate your tires

axles are new but i found out the problem is the passenger side axle apparently is the wrong one for something because it doesnt snap into the tranny all the way.

From under the car i can wiggle up and down the the axle and it rattles up and down in the tranny part, also if i push the axle up and hold it tranny fluid starts to leak out were it inserts into the tranny,

Does this sound like the wrong axle or something wrong with the tranny?
