I did a half assed search and couldn't find anything concrete.
Anyone know where I could pick up some?
Metric, not standard sizes please. :)

No idea. I use silicon for mine, have ordered this before with good result: http://www.hosetechniques.com/products/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=196&products_id=2813

I don't like silicone.
Oil/gas destroys it easier than regular rubber, it tends to be really fat and it usually comes in obnoxious colors. But I do appreciate the effort. :)

Any other input?

I think they are the same lines used on the return of my MB E300 diesel injectors. Do you mean those cloth braided lines?

No, they're rubber, just a very tough [and expensive] kind.
Not easy to find. They used to be, but I haven't had much luck lately.
