I need to find a New top (with rear window) and Exhaust system for my 88 GT Vert. I would like to spend as little as possible on the top without buying somthing that is noticibly crappy.

I have been looking at the pacesetter exhaust system because I don't know many mechanics around here who would do a custom exhaust for a reasonable price and not royally Eff it up.

Also,
It is still not starting when warm, any ideas?
It will start fine cold, and will crank but not start when warm.

If you leave it for just a few min, if fires up fine, so I don't know what to think...

Random guess.

the warm starting issue could be the temp sensor being stupid. Swap it out and see if it works

I've been thinking that might be the case.

I did notice that there was a cut wire on the sensor for the thermostat, and when I reconnected it the fan would start up (if the engine was running and warm) however I connected that sensor and it doesn't seem to help.

once its running whats it like as in is it overfueling and running rich? If so i wonder if ya cold start injector is trying to run all the time and your thermal time switch is shot

I may be wrong but I think it could be the EFI temp sensor

DO NOT get the Pacesetter cat-back. They make terrible products.

Any recomend on who to go with then?

I don't wanna break the bank on it, and it will mostly only see summer driving...

I will check out the E.F.I temp sensor, It seems like it is probably some sort of temp sensor issue.

Honestly, just get the HKS system. It will last forever. It costs about $400.00. You really can't skimp here since your options are limited.

Sounds good, any idea where I can find it?
I don't know much about HKS, and their site wasn't the best for me to find it on...

Thanks for all the help man!

why not go custom exaust from a shop, smooth chrush bends wont really hurt.

i have a pace crappr on my gts, its better than stock but ive heard horrible things about ten with certain models of cars

I got my top off of diamondsales on ebay... I got hartz vinyl for 189 + 20 shipping... fits great... miserable to install though.

I also put a cheap mandrel bent bosal replacement cost like 180 for everything works fine for me...

It's a pain in the ass to deal with whom I'll have to deal with, but I'll give it a try. Be warned that it may take over a week to hear back from them.
