View Full Version : Whiteline Discontinues Celica Products

A sad day has come to the world of Celicas. Whiteline Automotive, a great manufacturer of top tier suspension products, is canceling further production on most Celica parts. Slow sales and an ailing world economy in addition to the slumping Australian Dollar have conspired against us. After supplies have been exhausted there will be potential opportunities to buy Whiteline products. These opportunities will be limited to group buys with minimum orders ranging from 25 units to 100 units depending on the product needed.

Of the 86 products offered over all seven genereations in 2008 only 54 are listed in the 2009 catalog. Of those 54 remaining products 24 are listed as "While Supplies Last". In other words, once stock runs out our community will have suffered a 65% reduction in Whiteline parts availability.

In the coming days I will post a thread or two with my parts and prices for you to take a gander. My site is not yet up so this is probably the most expediant means to deliver the information to you. Don't wait until it's too late.....

i want a st185 rear adjustable swaybar and front bushings for a stock 90-91 st185 swaybar.

How's it going bugs?

The 20mm adjustable rear bar is $169.20
The front stock bar mounts are $15.67

You need to double check the size of the front bar and verify that it is 25mm for me. My materials say to check the bar size.

I don't think so (but could be wrong). Did you use a micrometer? That would be the most accurate. You may have mismeasured a little bit. I'll double check with Whiteline to make sure I'm right. If I'm not I still have you covered.

That's right if you go with Superpro, which I don't carry as of yet. I think my Whiteline units are cheaper than the Superpro set (even though they are really Superpro). Tell you what.....when you're ready I'll order both 25s and 26s just in case.

***EVERYTHING FOR THE ST165 IS "WHILE SUPPLIES LAST"***

......I think I'm gonna order like 2-3 of everything for myself.

All that is left (and all that I believe was ever offered) are the rear bar options for the ST205. One is 3 way adjustable and the other is non-adjustable.

They have plenty of stuff for the 5th Gen. I think most of it is here to stay. Right now you can paypal me. The site (and the cart software) are offline until my guy finishes it up. Then you will be able to search for parts and pay right there.

What exactly are you looking for?

I can do the front swaybar and bushings from Whiteline for $169.20.

The rear Whiteline bar is only 18mm versus the ST bar which is 22mm. The Whiteline rear plus bushings runs $155.52.

I deal for Suspension Techniques also. The ST bar is 22mm and I sell it for 172.55.

Do you know how many "adjustments" the Whiteline rear bar has? If it has 3 like the All-trac one, some may want to get that instead. The ST bar only has two.

The ST184 Whiteline bar doesn't have any adjustments. There are two bars offered for the ST185 and one of them has three adjustment levels, as stated, while the other is a non-adjustable unit like this one.

I know I'm late with asking this as I looked at the time stamp on your initial post... But do you think there is any St165 parts left? Specifically front and rear sway bars, and the front and rear strut top braces. If you can provide price quotes (if there are any left, that is) it would be most helpful.

Has anyone got a copy of the PDF that Whiteline used to email out and display on their web site?
They no longer hold *ANY* info on the products that they manufactured and sold for the st165 !!

RedRkt01
08-05-2010, 05:58 PM
That's because there isn't anything made for the ST165 anymore. For instance, I sold the last ST165 front swaybar imported into the US to a guy on the west coast back in December.

**BETSY**
08-05-2010, 06:11 PM
I have now located a copy.
No longer selling a product is no excuse for not keeping a file that is couple of hundred KB's.
I have manuals for intruder alarms which are 30 years old!
I spoke with Whiteline and they came up with frankly a pathetic excuse...
Once I get in front of my pc I will post the link up ;)

Thanks matey :)

I had a fair few issues with W/Line stuff over the years with initial fitment etc but they have ALWAYS sorted it out.

The anti lift kit, Poly bushs and braces seem pretty good but their Powder coating doesn't stand up to the British weather.

Such a shame they no longer make parts for the st165 :(
