Make sure you read the stickies in the FI forum on the stuff about the swapping and then post back specific questions. Kinda sucks to have to repeat things over and over again. Search is your friend. lol.

If you get a header off of ebay, be prepared for some minor modification. They say in the title it is for a 3sge, but that is obviously not so, since they didnt sell a 6th gen in the us with a 3s. So I got mine, and the front pipe wasnt long enough to reach the mid pipe. So I had to cut the stock pipe right behind the crappy flex pipe, and then cut the flange off of my new front pipe, and clamp the two together until I get it welded.

I also had to extend the o2 sensor wire so it would reach the hole in the header.

thats why u get one for a 93-97 7afe corolla :)

Yeah i noticed that myself on ebay, alot of people said it was one company that made the header for the celica but i guess that company doesnt make them anymore, all i see now is the 3sge for 94-97 celi, i read somewhere that someone got a corolla header cause basically the 7afe is the same exact engine in the corolla, im thinking new headers, magnaflow hi flow cat, 18 inch resonator, 2.25 or 2.5 inch piping, with a megan racing n1 exhaust or apexi n1, what do you guys think?

almost any type of n1 style muffler on a 4 cylinder engine especailly with a header is gonna buzz like a mofo

i was recomened this by corollacarclub.com

ryan, wtf did u do about the 2 o2 sensors

Ryan

The 2nd o2 sensor stayed in the stock part of the pipe that i left on there. I cut the pipe right in front of that sensor.
