I did a little junkyard hopping today and found a mint set of 92-93 celica fog lights. Theres been rumors that they will fit inside the cs bumper in the side vents similar to those of a 92-93 bumper. I bought em, a measly 3 bucks, and tried to put them in...they DO not fit. Anyone who still wants to use them, you will have to cut a good inch out of the bumper to get them in there. I guess ill just buy the mesh vents and either go for some MK3 supra fogs or keep looking for actual CS lights.

Want to sell them?

Just FYI, it's the 90-91 non-Alltrac/GTS fogs that fit. Mounting them is something you have to fabricate though. But at $3 you didn't lose out, so that's good.

It sucks that misinformation gets around like this.

If you want to go for MKIII fogs, it's the post '89 ones that are a match to the CS/RC fogs, minus the mounting brackets.

thanks 90celicast, I think putting the fogs in the side vents looks better than the actual rc/cs fogs, plus it's easier I would think because I have a fairly big front mount. I'll have to go back and look for some 90-91 fogs.

I think the All-trac/92+ GTS brackets might help with the mounting of the 90/91 fogs, since the All-trac/92+ GTS lights sit in roughly the same spot... worst case scenario you do a bit of metal work with sheet metal and go from there.

Haha, you got me. They weren't standard anyway.

There were standard on all late 91's and up for gt/gts. I had one of the unlucky 91's that didn't come with fogs... but the wiring was there, so when I got John's old all-trac bumper, plugged em up, got the relay and the switch, then called it a day.

I'm sure the fogs I picked up at the junkyard would fit with out cutting if you wouldn't care if they were recessed and sat behind the bumper instead of inside the vent. But, I want it to look flush and not have a possible gap around the foglight

Were they GT or GTS lights? The GTS lights DO NOT fit. The GT are the ones that were rumored to fit.
