If you really want to find out whos car is faster, handles better or whatnot, we can compare mod listings.

As far as better goes, that is subjective. I am just happy to have another first genner here. Its lonely at the top. And us first genners are most definetely at the top.

by the way, are you on classic-celica.com?

yes, i saw your post. This is ROBS. My name is Ryan as well. Ive been trying to add avatars and such, but no matter what I do it wont accept it. They are all within the size limits, but it says its too big.

I have a photo album here with lots of PICS :

I like your car, its nice. And definetely do the weber 38/38. It is awesome.

Ya, I bought the Weber 38/38 from Pete in Mission. And I got the 22R adapter from Rick at toyheadauto.com. The adapter arived a few days ago and is going on next Tues. The car is in storage, but i'll probably drive it around the parking lot a bit once its on. I hope it perfroms well, I miss my dual Weber 40DCOE's.

Well my car performs quite well with the weber 38/38. I have beaten every other generation of celica I have raced since I have put it on. I even beat a VW beetle turbo. its very cool and helps alot.

Sweet, well thats good to hear. Its just that its about the same cfm (off by maybe 5 cfm) as the stock 22R carb that I have on now, so I wasnt sure how well it would compare.

Here are a couple of pics if your too lazy to click on the previous link to my album so you get the idea of what it looks like. Its about 75% restored. I'm building a 20R/22R hybrid, need paint job, need front air damn/front spoiler, needs full leather interior, and a number of other things (too many to list). Anyways, here you go.
