When ciento comes back, ask him about toyotanation and toyotacelics.com.

Whenever he calls me and the first thing he says is, "did you see what that idiot over on ______ posted?" I know that I am in for quite a few good laughs.

Ben and Ryan occasionally post things on those forums for fun to poke fun at some of the ricer members there. Many seriously ask way too off the wall questions.

Gotta start somewhere I suppose.

toyotanation is kinda dead. not much tech support.

03-06-2009, 08:16 AM
Yeah, I know what you mean. Just the other day I pretty much gave up in disgust on another forum, the internet has really shown me how ignorant much of the population is :ugh:

03-06-2009, 08:47 AM
That forum is made of fail and aids.

I stopped in there because one of our noob members linked a thread there. It was a topic he posted here as well. Some of you may remember it:
It was the one about how resetting the ecu gave a performance gain...

I was absolutely dumbfoundedby their outright refusal to listen to fact. Even after they were presented with substantive facts that PROVED there was no performance gain to be made by resetting the ecu, they said "well I can FEEL it, so you MUST be wrong!". lol. I suppose ignorance is bliss.

I only come here MR2OC and AT.net for my info overall. On occasion I have popped in to 6gc for the answers to some of our members' questions. I thank God that our main members are so tech-oriented. :)

on toyotanation, unless you have a camry or a corolla your not really gonna learn much.

03-06-2009, 12:54 PM
It will come. Heck, I am glad if get shown an error I've made. It means I get to learn something new. ;)

I gave up on that other spot when I saw how unwilling to learn ANY of their members were.
