I'm not sure if i have ever asked this before here, but i will do it again ;-)

Everyone says that the settings have to be done on a dynorun. But aren't there any settings, which can be done without having a wideband lambda-sensor installed and the dynorun?

Would just be curious.

sure, but its not really safe to do so.
on a n/a 90-93 5s, you can pull out about 10-15% from 4k up to redline, but that REALLY should be done with a wideband at the minimum to verify afr's.

pressure....he's gotta Euro ST182 with a 3SGE in it. I'm assuming the same can be said for that motor, but I'm throwing that out there so everyone is on the same page.

In other words he has a REAL GT-S.....unlike the poor souls here.

:p

I'm working on a completely upgraded vavletrain too. I can't wait to see what that does on a dyno.

I'm glad I have the best of both worlds. Dare I say I like N/A better? The challenge of getting the most out of a 3S without forced induction is exciting if you ask me. On the other hand, GTEs are capable of ridiculous amounts of power.....so they have their pros and cons. ;)

My first graph should be about the same as yours, gerby......but my second graph will likely yield a significantly higher output.

A dyno doesn't show throttle response dude... I'm talking about response as is hit the gas and have immediate response. You won't be able to get the same in a turbo car as you can in an NA car.

It's definitely more of an autocross thing than anything else though.
